Présence Québec is a philosophically inspired party whose goal is human vitality and whose foundation is a connection to life and beauty. A society that undergoes this shift in perspective will generate lasting economic, social, and cultural prosperity.
Présence Québec seeks to unite the thousands of people who feel that change is as much internal as external, individual as collective. It wants to bring this age-old wisdom back into all spheres of society, reminding everyone that they must build a nation within their own life in order to then do the same within their community.

Program
In line with our core values, our program is to highlight and support existing, proven solutions. Présence Québec will promote initiatives in key areas such as the economy, education, health, and housing that have beneficial economic and social impacts.
Despite the existence of hundreds of initiatives that help solve major problems (e.g., housing cooperatives, liberated companies, alternative schools), we observe that these are not adequately supported and, in some cases, are even challenged by government decisions. For this reason, we offer ourselves as a unifying force to not only support but also expand upon what is already working.
The examples below illustrate concrete solutions supporting the values that drive us: Connection to oneself, to others, to nature and to beauty.
